GRADING REPORT:

This game was delivered in an outstanding condition, the only issue was detected in the seal:

 

Perfect front art and seal.

Same as in the back cover.

Small tear on the zone that is intended to be ripped (less pressure must be applied here, so it´s easier for that to be damaged), this is the only issue that has lowered the seal score from A++ to A+.

For this, this game has truly deserved the high Gold Tier grade score, lovely condition and nicely displayed on the art box.
